I just spent the last 10 days on vacation in Tucson, Arizona. It was over 60 degrees every day and awesome.
I ran fewer times there than I was when I was pregnant. Oi. Am I really going to be able to run a half-marathon in less than a month?
Still, I got to spend a lot of time with this little face.
But now I’m back in gear this week. My plan is to try to run 3 miles each weekday day, run 6 miles this weekend and add a mile to my long run every weekend until the race on April 4, and probably walk-run every other mile of the half-marathon. I think it’s very unlikely I’ll be fit enough to run 13 miles in four weeks, especially after a month of running less than 10 miles each week.
