I am so completely and totally exhausted.
Marathon training really ramped up last week to 36 weekly miles. I think the most you ever do with this plan is 42. Which is a lot. Before last week I don’t think I’d ever ran more than 28 miles in a week.
I. Am. So. Effin. Tired.
I don’t know if it’s the training or the stress or the weather or a combination of the three. But I just want a little more energy right now.
Even though I’m so tired I still catch myself making unwise decisions. Like cycling last night, or cross training too hard on Monday (my armpits are killing me now). I think I might be addicted to exercise, guys.
And on that note, I’m going to sleep now.
